According to BCJP's 24A guidelines and poured into a weizen glass.
A: For a witbier, it has a very yellow-y cristal body with a generous but fading head that has no lacing at all. I should say that I feel impressed with this body, it doesn't look like any witbier I've had before.
S: The smell is weak, you can feel some barley but it doesn't have a great presence. It feels like it's there just because and by no reason at all. Plus, some floral tones and a bit of alcohol.
T: You can feel some sweetness coming from the malts with a small herbal profile with spices and citrus. The citrus appears again then on the bitter end of the beer coming very well.
M: Light beer, half-way between smooth and harsh and ends with a tart feel on your mouth.
O: It's a different, I didn't dislike it but I think I won't be remembering it for the rest of my life.
