Staten Island Beer Company’s Pale Ale is unique and distinctive. We use the finest Pale Ale and Caramel malts to give our beer its bright amber color. We pair these malts with a special blend of Cascade and Palisade Hops that add an original flavor and aroma that is both flowery and citrusy.

Amber color. Aroma of malt, citrus, grass, and something I can't describe. Malt, grass, and fruits in taste. Moderate bitterness. Decent, drinkable beer.

Very malt forward pale ale with a strong sweetness as a result. The hops are very muted in comparison. If you're looking for something more malt forward on a cold day, this would be a strong choice. Looking for something more hoppy and you should look somewhere else.
