Cask @ Dawkins Brewery, Bristol - Pours cloudy amber with a thin white foamy head. Smell - floral notes, fruit. Taste - light resin, ripe fruits - apple, sweetness, light crisp bitter finish. Hops grown locally in Bristol by individuals then freshly picked and used at the brewery with wet hopping with Goldings. Really nice hop profile on this beer and great local centred idea.
