Oily, midnight black. Cake like mocha head with rocky top. Tempting tart berries and chocolatier boutique aroma...straightforward and to the point/A kiss of char, tobacco, and earth spice; but, mainly a one-trick pony beer with the raspberry and chocolate. That said it's one of the purest raspberry presentations akin to what might happen if you pick a bunch of berries and smash it in your face. Raspberry cordials, raspberry syrup swirled with fudge at the bottom of my fro-yo cup, black raspberry ice cream with chocolate chips. Rich, med-full and creamy body.
