A: Golden honey cherry wood. Darker for style, but the whip like, air light, and lush head compensate.
S: Sourdough bread schmeared with your favorite berry jam of choice. Off the chart floral/perfume sweetness: Mrs. Meyer's honeysuckle and hydrangea hand soap.
M: Med-light body. Not quite creamy but smooth with moderate carbonation.
T: Pure, liquified pink starburst carried over from aroma. Hard to distinguish much else; yet, it has an unresolved complexity. Cotton candy sweetness tinged with some tart citrus addition. Exotic but comforting. Flavor tilted toward hop. Malt is deeply sweet whole grain dotted with sunflower seed, so it doesn't quite work for me as an easy sipper on a hot day. A heady beer that's nice to contemplate on.
