Med-dark amber. Cream colored head, foam with some cockiness. Marmalade, sweet hop and yeast forward aroma; sweet pine and resins with background white pepper. Flavor is pine and citrus-spice forward. Black currant, grapefruit. Lightly toasted and tan, light caramel, and not so subtle sourdough. Lemon, mandarin, papaya. Herbal-rosemary, orange marmalade. Balance of spice, resin, sweet and lingering hop bitterness. Light-med body, smooth feel and well carbonated. Textbook here.
