Bottle conditioned
and that was the only detractor, quite lively but that added to a nice level of caronation
slight note of sugar and molasses on the aroma
but the flavour, spot on
creme caramel,smoked hickory & chicory; I love it when you get a brown ale with such a complex flavour profile
