Got this one from sunnrider. Cheers!
From a bottle into a snifter
IBU: 80
Hops: Summit
Best Before: October 2020
APPEARANCE: Pours a huge, three finger, looser looking, creamy light beige head with great retention. Mahogany red body, clear with medium levels of carbonation. Fades to a full foamy cap and clings to the sides of the glass. Half wisp remains leaving touches of lace as the glass empties.
SMELL: Big nose on this one with lots of caramel, toffee, reg fruits and grassy, piney hops. Some definite alcohol in the back as well.
TASTE: A little boozier up front than it has to be, but there's also plenty of toffee, red fruits and spicy piney hops as well. Some more alcohol and sweet malts at the swallow, then a bolder and lingering finish of toffee, caramel, berry sweetness, plenty of hop bitterness and grassy hops. Spicy alcohol as well. Quite a lot of sweet crystal malts in this one.
PALATE: Medium-full body and medium levels of carbonation. Plenty of weight, creamy as well, goes down fine with a bit of a scratch and finishes a touch mouth-coating. Some spicy alcohol lingers.
OVERALL: This is alright. Lots of crystal malts here, and it can get a little sweet for sure. The bitterness hop bitterness does add balance, however. Good creamy feel and the spicy alcohol is well placed as well. Decent brew but it seems that there was a touch too much medium crystal in this one. Perhaps cut back on that and add some black malts for color. Decent stuff and thanks again sunnrider!

Murky red/brown, with an impressively tall head that gives way to a nice lacing. The smell is incredibly fruity, with strawberry syrup, or jam, wild strawberries and prunes. As a side-note, the aroma from the bottle is quite different (more fruity and more intense) than the aroma from the glass. Very fruity taste, with strawberries and caramelized sour cherries, prunes, sherry and maple syrup. The mouthfeel is smooth and velvety, and the body is a bit heavy, with a pleasant bitter-sweet aftertaste.
