Very nice appearance when pouring, with intense foam, dark color. Quite dense, with very little yeast at the bottom.
Smell of acid espresso, with some hazelnuts.
Velvety, intense and slightly sour taste, dominated by coffee, dark chocolate, a little black cherries and a hint of vanilla. Bitter and dry aftertaste.
