Notes from a trip to S. Dakota and Wyoming May 2001 Purchased at Devils Tower, Wy
Color is a pale yellow with a big fluffy head, lots of bubbles. Smells of citrusy sweet malt and very light. Taste is along the lines of most wheat beers I've had, sweet and tangy and fairly light, very drinkalbe.

This is the first brew I tried while visiting the brewery. This wheat has a caramel sweet malt flavor and light/medium body. A very good American wheat in it own right
