Can to glass mug, the appearance was a modest burnt orange to amber color with a slim cap of a little white foamy to bubbly head. Softly dissolved to leave some sliding lace.
The aroma had a nice settling sweet and tart character of cranberries rolling into the normal witbier notes of Belgian bready yeastiness, soft lemon sweetness and some coriander.
The flavor melds the sweetness of the prior mentioned aromas to a soft quality of the coriander. So, there's a soft spiciness, nothing overbearing. Moderate aftertaste of cranberries, Belgian yeastiness and coriander.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied having a great sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good. ABV felt on par. Finish was cranberries, Belgian yeastiness and coriander.
Overall, what a great witbier to have during the Summer. I'd definitely have this again.

I like this brewery, I am not a fan of fruity beers. One can definitely smell and taste the cranberry. To me, it has a sour taste, but a good look to it.

From the 12 fl. oz. can dated 09/06/16. Sampled on November 20, 2016.

The pour is orange-amber underneath a modest off-white head that fades some.

The aroma is of toasted malts, bread, and some cranberry but jot as much as I expected. Some spiciness. Low to no hop profile.

Light to medium body.

Maybe a little more cranberry in the taste but mainly it is of toasted bread and a mild to moderate bitterness to end. Nothing extraordinary but still reasonably drinkable.

Traditional yeast and champagne nose. Starts as a very traditional Belgian style, followed by the bitter/tart cranberry, further followed by malty, creaminess.

4oz sample at the Brewery.
Pours a hazy yellow with a faint pinkish tinge to it and a frothy off white head that persists forever. Classic wit aroma with a slightly yeasty earthiness offset with some light orange and spice. Add some tart cranberries and it really adds another layer to this beer. Slightly tart a little fruity and earthy in the flavor. Light to medium body with slick tart mouthfeel and a moderate level of carbonation. I'm not a huge fan of this style but somehow adding a bit of cranberry makes this somewhat drinkable, great job North's.
