This beer is best tasted at 50°+. The subtle flavors come out with warming.
Good looking beer: golden color with a 3F head in a Spielgelau IPA glass.
Aroma is weak at first: with warming citrus and some fragrance.
The taste is a typical Aussie hop fruit- weirdly winey citrus.
Sharp spicy finish.
I’m not a fan of Ella hops, and it gives a beer a odd undefinable citrus character. I don’t like Ella single hop beers. Galaxy is one of my current favorites which rounds out the flavor. I don’t have much experience drinking beers with Summer hops.
I like identifiable tastes and aromas. Not in this beer, but it’s well brewed.

From a 12 fl. oz. can dated 06/16/20. Sampled July 16, 2020.
Cloudy orange-amber pour but not pulpy or really hazy.
The aroma emits notes of citrus, fruity, and cereal or oat grain.
The mouthfeel is medium but it really is soft and delicate.
The taste begins sweet, then fruity, with a mild to moderate bitterness finishing things off.

Can from Greg and Jane's
Lightly hazy light gold in color with a tightly bubbled white head that persists. Juicy fruity citrus and stone fruits with a sweet bready malt underneath. Very soft fruity with almost no bitterness. Honestly I would have liked a hint of pine or resin or alcohol to cut through some of the fruit. The haze bro's will love it.
