Can. Pale hazy straw with small head and some lace. I might have got it a touch too cold. Beautiful orange and coriander aroma with some wheaty tang and bread. Medium sweet orange apricot peach. Slightly more bitter/spicy in the finish than necessary. Could use a touch more carbo and a softer body, but overall very delicious.

Can from the Packie
Lightly hazy dark yellow color with a good sized bubbly white head that slowly recedes. Huge bubblegum nose and flavor. Bready light honey maltiness with mild spice and some earthy hop and yeasty phenol's to counter. Very nicely made.

From the 16 oz. can dated 04/28/21. Sampled May 31, 2021.
Th appearance is an unfiltered looking light amber-apricot color with a modest white head.
Aroma of wheat, clove, coriander, pear, peach, and orange peel.
Smooth medium mouthfeel.
Sweet with fruity elements in the taste but the Belgian spices are a tad more subtle than the aroma. Ends clean.

16 oz can into willi belcher glass.
Pours a cloudy orange straw color with a large, fluffy white head. Excellent retention on this one. Leaves some nice cobweb lacing around the glass.
The aroma brings notes of fruity banana esters, bubblegum, cracked pepper, orange and just a bit of wheat bread. Faint coriander notes on the back. Straightforward for the style but pleasant.
The flavor is a bit dominated by orange and coriander, though that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's brewed with them, afterall. A bit of spicy cracked pepper on the finish.
The feel is medium-light bodied with decent carbonation. Definitely could use a little more crispness. That sounds pompous as hell. Finishes dry. Quite drinkable.
Overall, I'd say this is a good American witbier. Very light on hops. Definitely went a bit hard in the paint with the orange peel and coriander but I enjoyed it nonetheless.
