Canned 2022/03/21
Pours a fizzy small white head with med retention, fair messy lacing, hazy semi cloudy pale orange to tan color

Nose interestingly kicks off with Nelson, mild tropical white wine potpourri floral character with a bit of lemongrass, that quickly gives way to the tripel, sweet candi sugar and sweet Belgian blonde malt, honey cake with vanilla icing, general citrus and fruity esters, bubblegum, pome fruit, mild phenol spices,

Taste brings a mix of the Nelson and esters, with fruity lemony white wine , citrus, candied tree fruit, bubblegum, lemongrass, a little orange marmalade, a touch of phenol spices, plenty of Belgian malt with mild sweetness, candi sugar, blonde malt and touch of caramelization, light bitterness, sweet orange peel and almost Valencia orange like, some honey, vanilla, touch of cake batter, mild perfumey alcohol, finishes a bit drier mild sticky sweet, med hop bitterness that perceives higher than it probably is, more vanilla icing and orange cake notes, as well as grassy hops

Mouth is med to a bit fuller bod, med to higher carb, light warming alcohol

Overall a nice beer, well blended, doesn't blow me away but still nice all around

From a 16 oz. can dated 03/21/22. Sampled Apr 15, 2022.

Slightly cloudy golden-amber pour under a lingering but lacing-leaving cream colored head.

Lovely Belgian aromas of clove, coriander, pear, and banana with a muted yeasty sensation.

Medium or better mouthfeel but smooth all around.

The taste is sweet and biscuity but those Belgian spice characters really take over up to the end to linger at the finish. It is a nicely done USA take on a Tripel.

Pours a hazy golden color with a small fluffy head and moderate lacing.

Smells of bread and yeast with some citrus.

Tastes of bread, yeast, orange, grapes and cloves with a slightly bitter finish. The malt tastes like there is some wheat and or oats included.

Medium body with light carbonation. Lush, smooth mouthfeel.

This is a nice American take on a Belgian style. I'm glad I gave it a try.

Can. Hazy with lace but very little head. Citrus peppery honey peach aroma. Sweet honey peach apricot with assertive grapefruit bitterness that doesn't really dry it. Full body low carbo. Why make a tripel taste like an NEIPA? I don't get it. Is there a shortage of NEIPAs?

On tap at the source.
Lightly hazy light gold in color with a small bubbly white head that slowly recedes. Honey like sweet maltiness with bits of clove and a hint of banana. Light earthy yeastiness. Really nice.
