Look: A classic NE look, hazy and thick with white tinted orange and gold coloration. White fluff, high rising foam cap is very healthy looking. Lace for days.
Nose: Sweet n' Tropical smelling hops pop right out of the glass. Now, this is tropical! Orange cream and dry earth.
Feel & Flavor: Smooth, silky, pillowy with a nice juicy and crisp finish. The three featured hops give a very complex fruity flavor: Orange cream, sweet red fruits and tropical punch. I love my NE IPA'S fruity, without adding fruit. Crispy and crunchy golden malted grains hold everything down to an earthy level. Spicy grains of the field with this much hoppy fruit character is a very fun experience.
Overall: El Dorado/Mosiac/Azacca for the win.
