Ward Walkup of Lincoln, MA won Brewer of the Year at the 2023 New England Regional Homebrew Competition. To commemorate this achievement, Ward joined us to brew one of his award winning recipes, an American IPA featuring a blend of New Zealand hops. “Ode to Patrick” is an homage to Ward’s friend and colleague, Patrick McDonel.
