She wanted to brew a Hefeweizen as it’s her favorite style. This wheat beer is light and refreshing, perfect for summer!

Pours an opaque lemon yellow with a thin fleeting bubbly white head. Earthy bits and bready maltiness with hints of clove and spice. Pretty nice beer.
