Part of our Staff Series where our employees have the opportunity to help design and brew a beer that they feel passionate about. Hope Y'all Like Oats is a hazy IPA brewed with four forms of oats - whole, flaked, golden naked, and oat milk. Brewer Austin created the recipe to push softness and body. Citra hops add a touch of citrus but this IPA is all about the oats.

Hazy golden orange color with a huge bubbly white head that lasts forever. Bready with light toast and earthy grassy citrus hops to counter. Super creamy mouthfeel and light bitterness. Pretty nice.
