Light amber in color and cloudy. Small off-white head that dissipates quickly. Kind of a dull aroma and flavor. I've found it's very hard to get strawberry flavor to come through in a beer and this was no exception. Some wheat malt and berry flavor but not much else of note. The flavors are kind of muddled. Medium-light bodied. Smooth finish. Not my favorite offering from Czig Meister.

DATE: July 20, 2017... OCCASION: the first time in Czig with the boys and Shan playing rummy well past nine!... GLASSWARE: Czig Meister pint... served as a golden brass body with white creamy head that filters slowly... leaves a phantom ring at its rim... no effervescence to speak of--too quiet? orange peel, vanilla, ginger, floral aroma of lilacs and pepper... refreshing, creamy, as advertised... smooth, slightly malty finish, with a watery consistency--Shasta comes to mind as its vibrancy escalates with each sip... honey, wheat, orange peel, and vanilla make for a refreshing pint... the end malts bring some balance to an otherwise airy glass of relief on this humid evening...
