Cloudy amber on the pour with almost no head or lace. Aroma is very strong -- hops, citrus and booze (10.2% ABV). Taste starts with citrus sweet, followed by hops and booze. Finish is slightly bitter and crisp. Lots of complex flavors that sort themselves out while sipping. Gets less boozy and is pleasant to savor. A fine Imperial IPA.

16oz. can into a Brooklyn Brewery snifter.
Nose is grapefruit, brown sugar, overripe citrus fruit, and a mellow tropical fruit juiciness. Pretty soft. Beer opens grapefruit, citrus, unripened pineapple, and grass. Expectedly boozy in the middle. I get more citrus notes at the end with a finish that is slightly waxy with a mellow resin bitterness. Aftertaste of mint and grapefruit. Not bad but I expect a bit more flavor from such a big beer. Body is light to medium with ample carbonation. Foamy and prickly in the mouth and goes down dry with a lingering aftertaste. Drinks really well.
Everything else seems to be there except for the flavor in this one.

Pours hazy amber with a thin white head that fades. Aroma is light hop and grapefruit, less than you expect from a IIPA. Taste is hoppy but a bit more sharp then I prefer. Feel is a bit astringent, not bad, just a touch. Overall a decent high ABV IPA.

Appearance: pours a hazy orange color with a 1/4" head that falls to some spotty surface bubbles.
Smell: light fruit aroma.
Taste: caramel, lemon zest, grapefruit, some pine, and an earthy bitterness. Alcohol is well hidden.
Mouthfeel: medium-heavy in body. Light crispness throughout. Dryness late.
Overall: a so-so triple IPA as the flavors were a bit muted.

Canned 1/19/2018 so 9 days old when reviewed. Poured into Czig Meister pint glass. It pours a hazy honey-orange color with almost a finger of soapy, milk-white head that dissipated slowly leaving a thin coating of lacing. Its nose features lemon, onion, grapefruit, pine needles, and a fairly sweet malt. The taste opens with a sweet malt followed almost immediately by a blast of resinous Citra, Mosaic & Galaxy hops. They are bitter but delicate and do not bite hard. There are also light notes of grape and grapefruit throughout. It's a very well-balanced ale. The mouth feel is quite creamy with pleasantly moderate carbonation and it seems to drink well below 10.3% ABV. From the description I anticipated a heavier, more dank ale more akin to Superego or Magnify's Flavor Waiver. This is as light and crisp a TIPA as you're likely to find and it's very nicely brewed. I've been enjoying Czig Meister's offerings lately. The brewery's really hitting its stride.
