16oz. can into a Brooklyn Brewery snifter.
Moderately hazy with a nice, coarse white head. Nose is papaya, citrus, lemon, and a rather dank, juicy hop presence. Beer opens mellow citrus, grapefruit, and papaya. Cane sugar and some pear in the middle with a resin and grapefruit rind in the finish and aftertaste. Solid. Body is light and fluffy with moderate carbonation. Slightly prickly on the palate and goes down bone dry. Real nice feel.
This one feels..... safe. I'd like to see the flavor carry out what nose and feel promise.
