Just did my long run through Santiago on some sort of beer craft convenient path. I passed through Amadeus, Pepperland, Rubik, HBH, Kleine Kneipe, Truf, Caramagnolia and stopping for the best burger in town and their beer at Loom Brewing Co.
Black color with red highlights and a thick beige head with great retention and leaving good laces.
Aroma with notes of pine, grapefruit, lots of plums and coriander.
Flavor with notes of plums, pine, roasted malts, grapefruit and some charred wood. Dry and bitter aftertaste. Smooth 60 IBUs.
Medium body with mild carbonation. Alcohol of 7% abv is completely absent.
Pleasant Black IPA with lots of dark fruits notes well combined with piney and citrusy hop notes.
