a nice pint of beer, hoppy for the style, but still really drinkable. super refreshing after some heavy exercise, juicy and citrusy and also rather bitter, but dry too despite the flavorful wheat malt base, they did a nice job developing this recipe and executing it, its rare to find a traditional style that is unique at the same time that it honors the classics. its bright in the glass and frothy headed, with great carbonation. a little sweetness to the nose, honey-like and a little floral, good depth to the malt on this. i like the mosaic hops, but thats not all thats here, tropical but way bitter in the flavor for just mosaic alone. vegetal a little bit, but i like how robust it is. this doesnt warm up real well, so i suggest drinking it pretty quick, which isnt hard to do with any kind of thirst. this is a clever brew, a real quencher and something a little different from wibby, who has been in the more traditional lager world so far in my experience with their beers. nice to see something like this on their menu!
