This drinkable, strong pale lager is caramelly yet well balanced with hop flavor from Liberty and Crystal hops. This beer has been lagered for over six weeks, allowing the layers of flavor to mature and create a distinguishable smoothness to this lager's finish. Think Inside My Bock Maibock is the perfect strong spring lager to shrug off the struggles of the long, dark winter.

L-Cherrywood colored..ok clarity
S-Light toasted malts...a bit fruity (appleas/pears)..also some floral impressions.
T-Honey toasted malts...light fruitiness (apples/pears)...light spiciness on the finish
F-Low carbonation...lends a sweetish feel to this...
O-Kind of a muddied up maibock. Not particularly clean or true to style but still has some redeeming qualities. I wouldn't say no if someone offered me one but not one I would seek out.
