I had this on draught at the brewery. It's served in the brew pub. It pours a clear straw color, and resembles apple juice. It had a light, milk-white head and lacing. This Saison is brewed with apple juice and it smells of apple and Belgian spices. It has a nice apple taste, fairly sweet, with coriander. It is clean, crisp, and refreshing, and with an ABV of only 4.4% it is very easy to drink. About my only constructive criticism is that it would benefit from more spice, perhaps some clove and ginger. Overall, however, it is a very nice fruity Saison
