Poured into a narrow tulip pint glass: color is straw gold, translucent, head is off white and presents 1 finger thick, head dissipates to solid top with some lacing on the glass sides.
Smell is blend of hops and malt, maybe slightly malt forward with biscuit and toast, hint then hops come through, floral, aromatic, light lemon, earthy and grassy finish.
Taste is similar with malt/hop blend with biscuit and light toasted malt, then hops with floral, lemon, earthy notes. Beer label hints at dandelions in this as well, but I'm not picking up anything unusual with that in mind.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, a bit on the bitter side for the style but I like that.
Overall a nice, easy drinking malt forward with hop balance - I'd go for this over most session ipas.
