Another beer from the Rusty Rail Variety Pack. Purchased at Pennridge Beverage, Perkasie, PA.
Pours a hazy, yellow-honey color. Aggressive two finger, beige colored head on the initial pour that fades to a skim. Moderate lacing left on the glass.
Really not getting much of the anticipated fruity aroma. Just a slight sweetness.
A decent IPA. Definitely a fruity, vanilla- like taste that I wouldn't necessarily associate as being black cherry. Very smooth drinking with a slightly bitter aftertaste. ABV is not noticeable.
Medium carbonation, medium consistency.
The fourth "creamsicle" style I've reviewed from RR and although not bad, not my favorite. I do appreciate RR trying out different flavors in this style. Cheers!

I really didn't like this one for some reason the Cherry come off dry and medicinal which didn't mix well with the IPA base. So if anything I wished they use real natural sweet cherry juice. Pass
