Sampling a cellar temp 16 oz can poured into my .3L stange. Beer was purchased at local beer shop while visiting family in PA. Canned on date is 3/19/2025. But there is ZERO info about this beer on the brewery website.
The beer pours a clear golden hue with a bleached white fluffy head of well over 3 cm. This was with a gentle pour into my glass.
The foam fades slowly leaving clingy windowpane lattice and sticky soapy foam. This sticks around (literally) most of the first few minutes of this review. Aroma is grainy malt and biscuit with some grassy and floral hops note.
First sip reveals a light body with very fine and gentle carbonation. Almost cask like in texture. Beer is also very smooth and unsurprisingly drinks very easy.
Flavor is similar to the nose some grainy malt and some grassy hops. The hops linger with a little bit of bite and I also get hints of white grape that I didnt note on the nose.
Overall the beer is light and easy to drink and is decent enough. Its not the best kolsch Ive had , but it isnt bad either. I feel like the nose is a little too mild.
