Guyaba de Oro was made specifically for our friends in Florida, who know and love their Berliner style beers and of course tropical fruits! Guayaba de Oro takes our oak aged base sour wheat beer, Faja de Oro, and conditions it atop of Guava nectar for an explosively dank tropical compliment to our already citrusy tart base.

Poured a mostly clear pilsner-like yellow color. Aroma and flavor were straight guava juice - not overly sweet, and a nice refreshing tartness, but if guava aint your thing then this could be rather shocking. The guava is not subtle in the slightest. Super refreshing and delicious.
