Pours super hazy, as expected, with a peach-flesh color and some peach and floral, earthy aromas. Flavors are earthy plants, citrusy fruit, some pine, and a decent amount of bitterness which lingers and dries out the mouthfeel quite a bit. It's not like any other new england style ipa I've had, because of the unique white-pepper/herbal bitterness. I quite like it and would be interested to know what South African hops were used in this brew.
