Del Norte is an unfiltered IPA brewed with Pale Malt, Flaked Oats, Wheat, and Barley. Dry-hopped early and heavily with Nelson, Citra, Equinox and Simcoe. Fermented with a blend of English yeast strains that compliment the tropical pungency of these hops!

Pour some a very hazy yellow-gold, and it smells incredible. I catch orange, pineapple, mango, pine, and soft floral notes all in the same sniff. The flavor isn't quite as amazing as the aroma but it still delivers the goods: juicy, fruity, a soft bitterness, some pine, and a very creamy mouthfeel. Casa knocks it outnof the park for their first canned IPA release.
