as a member of casa agria i have more of this stuff than I know what to do with...I should make a pool and swim in it...that said, most of the beers are good to extremely good with a few shining stars in there that I'd call great. This one falls sharply in the great category. I had fair warning that she's a live one so I refrigerated for many moons and had glasses ready. Sure enough she was a slow gusher, but filling my member glass shortly after detopping solved the problem and I lost 0 oz.
as for the beer...super approachable sour. as I've matured as a drinker and my liver and taste buds have changed, I've found that sours can be a bit rough on me and most times I'm more than happy with a few oz pour afforded at a tasting, but this bottle I took on solo cause Friday and summer and I have SO much of this stuff. to my delight, this is a grand slam. semi-transparent orange with an eggy, borderline plasticy nose I was nervous...but that taste. easy drinking...light...with mild egginess and plasticity. the grape works really well giving a wonderfully well rounded golden sour vibe. but no acid reflux. BOOM! love it! no problem taking down this bottle solo...and loving every sip! winner winner chicken dinner.
