Casa Agria Specialty Ales

Brewed in collaboration with de Garde brewing, this Wild Ale uses California grown barley, raw wheat and conditioned with local wildflower honey. Co-fermented in neutral red wine barrels with mixed native cultures from Tillamook, Oregon and Ventura County, California. This beer has aged well over a year for your drinking pleasure. A special thanks to Trevor and Linsey for working with us on this, our very first collaboration.
