Casa Agria’s “Vein Of Stars” is one of most satisfying hazy IPAs I’ve had in a long time. The bright, juicy, zesty orange flavor boasts an exceptionally well balanced malt (sweet but not too sweet) to hop ratio, blending deliciously with a generous amount of oat and wheat. A fantastic balanced finish of creaminess with a subdued bitterness and light earthiness. Very crisp and refreshing with a moderately dry finish as well. A beautiful hop combo (galaxy, mosaic and Vic Secret) and the perfect carbonation and mouth feel. Such an enjoyable beer that lingers with a flavor and balance that I imagine was well thought out and made with love :) $6.50 for single can at my local boutique liquor store in Los Angeles— well worth the experience.

Pours like a big ol' glass of super pulpy OJ. Really a beautiful looking beer if you're down with haze. Nice thick foam head. Nose is of pungent citrus peal, lemon and pale malt. Taste follows nose, a nice pungent but clean orange and grapefruit peal to start, a bit of lemon zest, ripe mangos and pinnaple. A bit of pale malt, grass and yeast as well but very light. Creamy full body with a crisp and dry finish.

16oz can, served in a willi becher glass. Pours a thick, cloudy and super pulpy bright orange body, lots of flocculation, one finger bubbly white head, fair retention, bits of pulpy lacing. Smell is bright grapefruit, resin, sweet caramel, orange, bit of zest, touch of dough. Flavour is a moderately juicy orange and grapefruit, bit of caramel, sugar, moderate zesty bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, appropriate carbonation, moderate zesty bitterness on the backend, a bit of resin. A slight alcohol burn. Smells and tastes like hop juice, heavy juice quotient, very tasty brew indeed. It seems a little "heavy" in terms of sweetness, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
