A triple IPA with unfiltered wild heirloom raw agave nectar. Brewed with our friends at the Aslin Beer Company. This beer has more hops than we've ever used before and features Amarillo, Azacca, El Dorado and Simcoe.

Canned 08/28/19, 'CHEERS TO 4 YEARS'.
Pours a bright golden yellow, hazy but not completely opaque. The head is soft and frothy, leaving varying patterns of lace around the inside of the glass.
True to the name given, the nose is bursting with pineapple aromas. Grassy hops, lemon, and tangerine swirl around the tropical predominance, adding a nice subtle complexity and cutting through the sweetness with a touch of bitterness and and herbaceous quality. Overall, El Dorado & Azacca dominate.
The flavor profile here is very interesting, and in a good way. On the palate I get notes of pineapple, lemon, and grapefruit nicely contrasting floral, piney hops. Contrary to the nose, this perfectly balanced triple showcases Simcoe & Amarillo hop flavors.
Fairly light-bodied for a TIPA, with a medium, effervescent carbonation and smooth, mildly bitter finish. Drinks incredibly smooth for 10%, with not much of any booziness detectable.
