This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a big fluffy head, and lots of lacing.

This one smells like earthy maple, spicy cinnamon, chocolate fudge, and some light roast.

I love the maple character here - it's sweet, but not overly so, with a more earthy sweetness. The cinnamon is not quite the "light sprinkle" that the description tells you. It just gets a bit too spicy on the back end. This would be much better without it. The base beer is thick and chocolatey, with a great creamy flavor, and just a touch of roasty bitterness on the back end.

This is medium bodied, creamy, and fairly thick, with absolutely no booziness to it. It's pretty drinkable for what it is.

I still very much liked this, but it would get a much more favorable rating if the cinnamon was toned down or taken out entirely.

 

Drawn to Dawn is a hearty Imperial Stout dripping with Vermont Maple Syrup and a light sprinkle of Cinnamon!
