12/01/21 on bottom of can. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Slightly hazy golden with 1-finger off-white head with average retention but copious sticky lacing.
S: Hop-driven aroma with a floral, herbal aroma, slightly hammy savoriness up front but with more citrus fruit punch from lime and orange and tropical notes of guava and peach. Slightly estery with mostly floral notes.
T: Flavor is more powerful than the nose with more fruitiness from lime, peach, orange, and, and mango. It still has that slightly meaty savory note with floral and herbal qualities. Esters are soft but present. Alcohol is hidden well. Bitterness is low-medium.
M: Pretty light and dry for the ABV with light-medium body and high carbonation.
O: A solid and interesting WCDIPA although I wish there was less yeast character and a bolder hop presence in the flavor and especially the aroma. Still, enjoyable and worth a try for a newer style fruitier WCDIPA.
