Another mail order delivery made possible by the government economic small business bloodletting measures. 1st review of this beer on BA. You're welcome (Damien Sandow voice).
Pours an opaque yellow. 1/3" white head. Is it lemon, lime or salt obscuring the view? All 3? Combo? The aroma was mostly the lemon and lime alongside some sourness of the same citrus vibe. Lemon goes harder than lime. Salinity doesn't peek out here.
Taste does up the salinity and now we're getting actual gose vibes out of this. Still pushing a substantial lemon and lime effect. Sourness is higher than your average gose. Toes the line between wild ale and gose, but enough saltiness and low abv to keep it barely on that side of the fence. Coriander perceptible but not overused proportion wise. Wheelhouse. Ample citrus gives a feeling of higher carbonation, but its just fine.
So I liked this beer, definitely good stuff for river and softball. Might be a bit too sour and too much lemon for a gose traditionalist.
