Clear bright yellow brew with abundant foam in the Blanche de Chambly goblet. Big aromatics that cover the fruit market. Sudsy and mouthfilling. Sweet and juicy to start with orange and more orange peel. Some candy even, like red hard candy. Finishes more dry but certainly a malty IPA. Warm and rich tasting is not a bad thing, especially with all the hops. An interesting but powerfully flavored brew with a distinct bitter aftertaste. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. No apparent date.
