Pours clear golden, thin sugar white head rapidly dissipates away.
Aroma is of citrus, coriander, sea salt, banana, clove, and cracker malt.
Flavor is of lemon, green apple, pear, banana, clove, and bready malt.
Light body, sting of carbonation on the tongue.
Officially a gose, this hits somewhere between that and a light hefe. Drinks fairly easily and pleasantly. The puckering tartness is there briefly before it gives way to the other milder flavors. Worth a try, good beer for entering the peak of spring.
