look: 3 | smell: 3.5 | taste: 3 | feel: 3.5 | overall: 4
Appearance: Opaque, golden body with a thinnish, white head.

Smell: Faintly sweet-smelling light, delicate maltiness with a touch of apple fruitiness.

Taste: Light pale malts, perhaps a bit of pilsner as well, with a mild sweetness and hint of unprocessed grains. Lightly spicy, floral Noble hops with a subtle bitterness. Finishes dry and fizzy.

Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Moderate carbonation. The carbonation goes beyond simply being crisp to being just a tad too effervescent.

Drinkability: What I had was certainly not the most picturesque, textbook example of the Kölsch style. Though still, it terms of just "a beer", it was refreshing and quite drinkable.
