This unfiltered ale is cloudy straw in color with a light body. Brewed with coriander and an authentic Abbey ale yeast, this beer’s aroma and flavor is a complex blend of spicy citrus and apricot.

Appearance: Passed across the penny-covered bar a clear, yellow-hued body with a splotchy, sporadic, white head.
Smell: Light, lightly sweet-scented malts with a honey bent to it. Soft notes of florals, Gewürztraminer, banana, and spices.
Taste: Pils malt with, maybe, a small tickle of wheat. Moderately sweet. Touch of white grape flows into soft florals which flows into sweet lemon and banana. Spicy yeast-derived phenolics, a bit coriander-like, join with a lightly spicy hop character and bitterness. A little alcohol warmth on the drying, spicy finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-plus body. Medium-high carbonation.
Drinkability: Not bad! A solid, tasty Belgian blonde.

On-tap at the brewpub.
Pours a clear straw-golden color with a 1.5-finger white head. The head recedes into a wispy layer on top leaving solid lacing.
Smells of bubblegum, pale malts, and hints of pears.
Tastes similar to how it smells. Pale malt flavors are overtaken quickly by large amounts of bubblegums with light fruit undertones. The ending is crisp with a good amount of sweetness.
Mouthfeel is good. It has a solid thickness with moderate to active carbonation.
Drinkability is very good. I finished my glass quickly and could have a few more.
Overall this wasn't a terribly complex BPA but was easy on the tastebuds while still keeping them excited. Worth a shot.
