On tap at the Surf 'N' Suds Beer Festival held at Carpenteria State Beach in Carpenteria, CA.
Pours a murky light orange with a foamy white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is slightly sour with wheat, perfume, salt, and spice aromas. Taste is much the same with slightly sour wheat, salt, and spice flavors on the finish. There is a very mild amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is solid, but quite salty in the taste.
