This was delicious, surprisingly rich and sticky and complex despite the seemingly thin pour. I was definitely fooled! No date printed on can. Pours a thin dark black opaque oily color with a little tan head and some spotty lingering lacing. Smells of nice rich dark fudge chocolate, dark roast coffee, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla, caramel and toasted nuts. Didn’t really detect the cinnamon or spices. Taste follows the nose, amazingly rich and full and complex, great depth. Balance was incredible. Very high ABV but one doesn’t have to necessarily sip this beer. More flavors and aromas opened up as the beer warmed towards room temperature. Thick, sticky, syrupy mouthfeel that coated the palate - I could almost chew it. Delicious. Perfect amount of carbonation. I thoroughly enjoyed this one!

Thanks Prager62.
This was poured into a snifter.
The appearance was a dark brown color with a thick half finger's worth of eggshell white foamy head that slid off ever so gently. Light concave edgy lace clung around the top nicely.
The aroma had a very nicely done meshing of cinnamon, toast, milk chocolate, some dark chocolate and a little bit of wafer on the back end. Ever so light amount of coffee. Maple was very light.
The flavor moderately lead with a the sweetness of the cinnamon, milk chocolate and the sweeter side of the dark chocolate. Light coffee bean came in briskly. Maple, once again, was faint. Slight sticky milk chocolate roamed in the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was between medium to full bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt on par. Finish was semi-smooth kicking the cinnamon back a bit further. Nice little bit of roast screeches along my tongue cutting all and any possible ties of it to be anything cloying.
Overall, an absolutely wonderful imperial stout that I would love to have again. Oatmeal seemed barely here in the aroma and flavor but I was okay with that.

A pint can purchased at the brewery on 09/10/17 poured in a Windmill stemmed glass.

Look- Pours a dark brown producing two thick fingers of mocha colored foam. It slowly settles leaving some sparse lacing and oily residue.

Smell- Heavy cinnamon, dark roasted malt and a hint of maple syrup.

Taste- Cinnamon, brown sugar, cola and leather.

Feel- Medium thick and oily with a slight sting from the cinnamon.

Overall- I like what Windmill is doing and wanted this beer to be great, but it fell short. The cinnamon is very prominent and tramples the maple syrup except for the slight sweetness. It's still a decadent dessert beer that could use some tweaking in my opinion, namely scaling back the cinnamon. Not cheap at $19 for a 4 pack of pints, but worth trying if you like Xocoveza, Bitches Bank or other cinnamon spiced stouts.

Taste: toasted, crisp, complex, smooth, semi sweet, dark chocolate, molasses, cinnamon, and maple flavor is subtle. Same with the nose. Black, opaque, tan head with a broken ring of lattice of lace on the glass. Medium/Full body. oats make it an easy sipper, non viscous or sticky. 35 IBUs
