A 12oz. can purchased at the brewery on 09/19/17 from a release several days ago. Poured in a Windmill stemmed brewery glass for the review.
Look- Pours a brilliant hazy gold producing a finger of creamy white foam. It lingers forever eventually revealing thick lacing.
Smell- Floral and spice along with pineapple, mango and grapefruit with a hint of rubber.
Taste- Heavy floral notes up front with a slight peppery spice. Pineapple, orange zest, grapefruit and a hint of passion fruit in the finish.
Feel- Soft and pillowy with a slight spicy/bitterness.
Overall- It's very reminiscent of Un Deux Trois using the Sacc Trois yeast once again. Spicy floral and citrus fruit dominate a very drinkable 8.2% beer. Another solid NE style DIPA by Windmill.
