A pint can from a four pack dated 01/13/18 poured in a Windmill stem glass.

Look- Pours a radiant hazy gold producing a few centimeters of creamy white foam that quickly settles to a thin ring. A moderate amount of lacing is left.

Smell- Pineapple, fresh orange slices, mango, passionfruit and a hint of floral.

Taste- Pineapple/orange juice, sweet mango, passionfruit and floral. A slightly spicy weedy finish.

Feel- Super soft and easy drinking.

Overall- A noticeable and flavorful improvement from the last batch. The Galaxy dry hopping cranked it up a notch with juicy-herbal notes abound. I like the fact that they're willing to experiment with already good beers in the hopes of delivering a different twist that sometimes surprises the palate.

Pint can less than 24 hours from the canning line. More clouded than the original Two If By Citra, the Galaxy dry-hopped version looks more like an unfiltered juice. Half a finger of head, with little retention and moderate lacing. The Galaxy hops make their mark, with more of a bitter bite layered onto the tangerine and grapefruit of the original. Also fuller-bodied and a percentage point higher on the ABV. A slight but noticeable improvement on an already-solid NEIPA.
