One of Windmill's rotating DDH DIPAs outside of the lactose-laden, sweetened Memes series. This one benefits a lot from the orange peel, giving some additional citrus on top of the Citra hops, but also lending a zesty orange-pith bitterness that makes the end product more distinctive.
