Tart, funky, and fruity. Fermented in red wine puncheons with our house funk blend then refermented on dark sweet cherries.

Poured from a 500ml bottle into a tulip glass. Pours a clear slightly red-copper color with white head - though sediment on bottom made second pour hazy. Head lingers. Smells like a saison - dry, yeasty, maybe a little red wine aroma. Taste is slightly sweet with a strong, dry tart finish - definitely pick up the sweet cherries at first. Light and effervescent mouthfeel. Overall, refreshing and impressed enough with this to get another bottle.
