In collaboration with Hop Station. Billed as an “Imperial Rocky road inspired pastry stout with Chocolate, Marshmallow, Almond, and Vanilla.”
Double pastry stout. Pours standard nearly black color with light brown foam. Almond comes through strongest on the nose and the taste. The almond tastes good, but a bit like someone splashed a stout with almond extract. Marshmallow and sweet chocolate are definitely present, and a bit of vanilla extract. Medium body, lots of carbonation. Overall tastes and smells good but a bit artificial.
