Full finger of head over a light copper, transparent pour. Aroma has more of a dark lager to it, but clean. Nice yeast roll and pumpernickel bread on the palate, flavorful but not aggressive. Slight red apple, date and banana notes that only show up occasionally. Well balanced, with nice body consistently with what I look for in the style.
